Yuzu Convertible 8-in-1 Crib FAQs
It’s our Goldilocks size – not too big, not too small, bigger than a bassinet but smaller than a traditional crib. The midi is perfect for small nurseries and shared rooms.
It is similar in size to both a Pack and Play and a standard MINI crib.
All-Stages Midi Crib Dimensions: 76 L x 50 W x 78 H cm / 8kg
In one small but mighty box you’ll find all the hardware, mattress supports, locking caster wheels, furniture parts and conversion kits that you need to assemble any advertised stage. We also include pads for the bassinet and midi stages that are 1” and 2”-thick, respectively, hypoallergenic, waterproof, and PVC-free.
Just a standard crib mattress, and sheets to fit each stage you want to convert to.
For the bassinet and midi stages, pads are included. However, should you want more support for baby in the midi stage, we sell a compatible 4-inch Pure Core Midi Mattress w/ Hybrid Cover.
Both pads have a waterproof cover with a cotton/polyester fabric face to minimize noisy crinkling. We use food-grade polyethylene to waterproof the mattress instead of toxic vinyl or PVC. Below the waterproof cover is polyester and modacrylic batting which serves as a fire barrier, and a breathable and recyclable polyester core which regulates heat while sleeping better than typical polyurethane foam.

Assembly for any stage or for transitioning between stages will require a Philips head screwdriver (not included), and the included Allen wrench and hardware pack (screws and bolts). We’ve provided extra hardware, but you’ll need to hold on to the wrench that comes in the original package.

Not at all. We’ve broken down the process into digestible steps to create the most seamless assembly experience. Instead of one textbook-sized manual, we’ve provided 3 separate instruction manuals – one for each of the following stages:
- Bassinet
- Midi Crib
- Standard Crib & Junior Bed
Reminder: assembly calls for TWO people
There are only 2 differences between the included pad(s) and the one sold separately.
1. Thickness – the included midi Pad is 2-inches thick, whereas the sold separately option is 4-inches thick
2. Cover – the hybrid cover, which comes with the separately sold 4" thick mattress is quilted, removable, and machine washable. The dry cover, which comes with the included pads, should not be removed, must be wiped clean by hand rather than machine washed.
Both the included and separately sold pad/mattress share the same breathable core made of recyclable polyester layers that are designed to regulate heat, while also being free of chemical flame retardants, allergens, polyurethane, and soy foam, vinyl (PVC), PFC's, synthetic latex, and dyes.

It can be! In the standard size stage, you do have the option to forgo the curved feet and opt instead for wheels.
