All Hatched Baby Gifts include free shipping within Singapore (except to restricted areas and hospitals), delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
For all urgent delivery requests, kindly arrange your own courier service and contact us at hello@hatchery.com.sg to have your order prepared for collection. Alternatively, you may also make a booking to visit our ware studio and self-collect your order.
For courier pick-ups, approximate dimensions and weight are, 24L x 42W x 13H cm, up to 3kg (without ala-carte add-ons).
Yes! Please indicate your preferred range of delivery period in the delivery note before checking out. Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange for a specific delivery date. Your Hatched Baby Gift will be delivered over a period of 2 to 3 days.
All Hatched Baby Gift boxes will be placed in plastic protectors and delivered by a third-party courier. Should you face any issues, please contact us at hello@hatchery.com.sg.
For add-on items
Yes! You may request for the add-on items to be placed in the Hatched Baby Gift box. For add-on item(s) that do not fit in the gift box, they will be packed separately but delivered together.
All add-on items will be based on ala-carte pricing. Simply cart out the gift box and add-on item(s) together and indicate for them to be packed together in the delivery note.
Please ensure to input the accurate delivery information for your gift recipient (i.e. address, postal code, unit no.) as we will not be able to recover the parcel once it’s been dispatched. Any redeliveries, if applicable, will incur additional costs.
