Notes On Use
1. Open the wrapper and remove the pad.
2. Unfold and peel off the backing from the adhesive strips. Attach the sticky side to your bra, not your skin.
3.Place inside your bra. For daytime use, position the long side of the shell parallel to your bra. For night time use, position the long side vertically to provide extra coverage while lying down.
4. The adhesive strips will help secure the pad in place.
