Lollibly Kaya Plush Play Mat (Big One: 200 x 140cm)(Preorder: Early Nov)

Before First Use

How long will it take for my Plush Playmat to fully expand after I open it?

Because your Plush Playmat is carefully vacuum-packed before making its way to your home, we ask that you give it 3 to 5 days after opening to fully expand into its intended shape. As the memory foam has been compressed for shipping, it's common for the playmat to appear slightly flatter or have temporary creases and compression marks when first unboxed. However, it is 100% ready to be used right away.

What should I do if there are still visible creases after a few days?

Should any more noticeable creases remain, they may be gently relaxed using a garment steamer on a low heat setting or by lightly steaming through a damp cotton cloth. Avoid direct or high heat, as excessive heat may damage the fabric or non-slip backing.

Product Care Instructions

How do I keep my Plush Playmat clean?

Keeping the Plush Playmat looking its best is simple. For everyday care, a quick wipe with a dry or lightly damp cloth is all that's needed to remove everyday dust and keep the surface looking and feeling fresh.

Can I vacuum my Plush Playmat?

Yes, you can vaccum your plush playmat. For dust, crumbs, or even pet hair from furry friends, regular vacuuming using a standard floor or carpet attachment on a low suction setting is recommended.

How should I clean spills, stains, or more stubborn marks?

For little spills and everyday mishaps, spot clean the affected area as soon as possible using a damp cloth and allow the playmat to air dry completely. A small amount of mild detergent may be used if needed. Cleaning spills promptly will help prevent stains from setting into the fabric.

For a more thorough clean, we recommend sending your Plush Playmat to a professional cleaning service.

What are some things to avoid with my Plush Playmat?
Do not expose the Plush Playmat to direct sunlight or heat source for prolonged periods.

Do not machine wash or tumble dry the Plush Playmat.

Avoid soaking the Plush Playmat or using excessive amounts of water when cleaning.

Do not use bleach, harsh chemical cleaners, strong stain removers, or solvents, as these may discolour or damage the surface.

Avoid using abrasive brushes or cleaning tools that may damage the surface.

Avoid direct or high heat when steaming. If steaming is needed to relax creases after unboxing, use a garment steamer on a low heat setting or lightly steam through a damp cotton cloth.

Avoid placing heavy furniture or objects on the Plush Playmat for prolonged periods, as they may leave permanent compression marks or indentations.

Avoid wearing shoes or heels on the Plush Playmat, as they may dirty, damage, or leave indentations on the surface.

Keep permanent markers, paints, inks, and other heavily pigmented materials away from the Plush Playmat, as they may leave permanent stains that cannot be fully removed.
